What Productivity processes

Productivity reads a Trello card’s current list and the relevant events in its card history to calculate how long it has been in that phase. Processing happens in your browser. Time thresholds are stored as shared Power-Up data on the relevant Trello board. Anyone who can view the board may be able to read those settings.

Your Trello connection

Trello authorization requests read-only access and remains valid until you revoke it. Trello may authorize access to every board your account can read; Productivity requests card history only in the board context you are currently using. Your personal access token is stored in private Power-Up data associated with your Trello member account. It is sent to Trello for authentication and is never stored in this GitHub repository or in public settings.

Hosting and storage

The public source files are stored on GitHub and delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare receives ordinary connection data such as your IP address when files are loaded. Trello provides the Power-Up client library. Productivity has no application backend and uses no analytics or advertising services. Card history is cached only temporarily in browser memory. The public demo stores only synthetic threshold settings in your browser.

Removing the connection

Use “Manage Trello connection” in Productivity to remove the token stored by the Power-Up. You can also revoke authorization in your Trello account settings. Shared settings can be removed through Trello when the Power-Up is removed. Productivity does not send card content to GitHub or Cloudflare.
